1. Send an email to support@soulcircle.app with the subject line "DELETE".
2. Ensure that the email is sent from the account you used to register with SoulCircle. This verification step helps us ensure the security of your data and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

What Happens After Your Request

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Verify the authenticity of the email.
• Initiate the deletion process for your account and associated data.
• Notify you via email once the deletion is complete.

Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent, and all associated data will be removed from our active systems.
• Some residual data may remain in our backups for a limited period, but it will no longer be accessible or used.
• If you change your mind after submitting a deletion request, please contact us immediately at support@soulcircle.app. We may not be able to recover your account if the deletion process is already completed.
